1.- Regarding the design, configuration, and functionality of this site:
At this very moment, the website is under development. This involves a complete overhaul of all pre-fabricated hosting spaces (if you notice changes in typography, layout, or content arrangement, please be patient; it is due to the aforementioned process). Furthermore, this new digital space, D A, requires and demands a new catalog and photographic registry: images are being edited and color-corrected to the point where no chromatic aberration is accepted.
In addition to the photoshoot, this implies a digital post-production process that requires working with the physical painting in front of the desk and computer. This ensures that color retouching achieves near-total fidelity to the original artwork and its pigment. It is a complex, multi-stage task that requires significant craftsmanship.
Regarding the e-commerce configuration and the implementation of purchase buttons, payment methods, and functionality: This is a subsequent stage that will follow the complete registration and inventory process of the D A visual art catalog. In other words: only after recording, editing, and cataloging all content available on the site will the e-commerce mode be enabled. Prior to this process, incorporating purchase buttons would be premature.
2. Regarding the purchase terms and conditions:
The D A catalog, as a brand, will officially «commence business activities» in its respective country of residence (Santiago, Chile). This implies issuing official receipts and contributing taxes to the government. In this way, both the client and the buyer will be protected by a legal record.
Following this same line of legal terms, a contractual form of purchase and sale will be established, in addition to the general terms and conditions of purchase, sale, and services. A system for warranties and returns—for both the artwork and the payment—will also be implemented, subject, of course, to prior contractual terms and conditions.
At this stage, the D A studio will also be established as a physical space—an office, rather than a workshop—where clients can be assisted in person if required. All this information will be posted on the website as each of these processes moves forward.
Initially, only «minor works» will be released. This type of work consists of small-scale formats, including paintings and drawings in A4 and A3 sizes, with prices ranging between $1,000 and $3,000 USD.
Collections or series (“First man on Mars,” “Hazy Sundays,” “RGB,” “Atari, Game Over”) are ideally designed to be sold as a complete set. The buyer may be a private individual, an institution, or a private company. While the retail sale of individual works is not ruled out, an offer to purchase the entire collection will take precedence. Finally, the sale of a complete collection would involve online consultations, digital correspondence, and the verification and authentication of data and identity. Bilateral in-person meetings will also be held when required.
3. Regarding offers for advertising work:
D A Studio finds no pleasure or interest in the depraved and predatory machinery of the industry. This does not mean the brand will never take an interest in certain proposals, but the studio reserves the right to accept or reject them at its discretion. At this point, it is pertinent to clarify that paintings featuring multinational industrial brands are not an advertising medium. If a board of directors or a director of any brand appearing in my visual work is interested in one of these paintings, that is the ideal scenario for which they were conceived. If the leadership of these brands—or any others not currently featured—wishes to commission a specific work or a series, they must contact D A Studio through the available channels on the site to submit a proposal.
Eventually, Kamikaze Magazine will migrate to its own hosting and domain, thereby separating the D A body of work into Visual Arts and Literature. No information regarding the musical or audiovisual projects of D A Studio will be released at this time.

1.- Respecto del diseño, configuración y la funcionalidad de este sitio:
En este preciso momento la página está en proceso de elaboración, lo que implica editar por completo todo espacio de alojamiento prefabricado (si nota cambios en la tipografía de la página, en el orden y disposición de contenidos, por favor, sea paciente, se debe a lo ya descrito). También este nuevo espacio digital D A requiere y exige nuevo catálogo y registro fotográfico: Las imágenes están siendo editadas y corregidas hasta el punto de no aceptar ninguna imagen con aberración de color. Esto implica además de registrar, un trabajo posterior de edición digital que exige trabajar con la pintura correspondiente a la fotografía en frente del escritorio y el computador, para corregir y retocar el color con una fidelidad casi total a la pintura original y su color pigmento. Es una labor compleja, por etapas, requiere mucho oficio.
Respecto de la configuración del sitio a e-commerce y la implementación de botoneras de compra, medios de pago y su funcionalidad: esta es una etapa posterior a todo el proceso de registro e inventariado del catálogo de obra visual D A. En otros términos: recién después de registrar, editar y catalogar todo el contenido que estará disponible en el sitio, se habilitará el sitio en modo e-commerce; antes de este proceso, incorporar botoneras no tiene sentido.
2.- Respecto de los términos y condiciones de compra:
El catálogo D A como marca hará “inicio de actividades” en su respectivo país de residencia (Santiago de Chile) lo que implica boletear y contribuir con impuesto al gobierno. De esta manera, cliente y comprador quedarán respaldados por un registro legal. Siguiendo en esta misma línea de términos legales, quedará establecido -además de los términos y condiciones generales de compra, venta y servicios- una forma contractual de compra-venta. También se implementará un sistema de garantía y devolución de obra y dinero, sujeto también por supuesto a condiciones y términos contractuales previos. También se implementará en este punto el estudio D A como espacio físico -una oficina, que no un taller- donde responder y atender de manera presencial al cliente que lo requiera. La publicación de todos estos datos se irá publicando en el sitio web a medida que avancen cada uno de estos procesos.
En una primera instancia se liberará solamente obra menor. Este tipo de obra es de pequeño formato; incluye pinturas y dibujos en formato A4 y A3, y son trabajos que oscilan entre los usd 1,000 y 3,000.
Las colecciones o series (“First man on Mars”, “Hazy sundays”, “RGB”, “Atari, game over”) están elaboradas para ser vendidas idealmente como conjunto. Puede ser un comprador particular, una institución o una empresa privada. No se descarta la venta al detalle de las obras, pero frente a una oferta de compra total del conjunto, predominará la demanda de este último cliente. Finalmente, la compra-venta de una colección completa implicaría conversaciones online, correspondencia online, transparentación y autenticación de datos e identidad. También conversaciones bilaterales presenciales cuando se requiera.
3.- Respecto de ofertas de trabajos publicitarios
El Estudio D A no se complace ni se interesa para nada en la maquinaria depravada y depredadora de la industria. No significa que la marca no llegue a interesarse por ciertas propuestas, pero el estudio se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar propuestas. En este punto es pertinente señalar que las pinturas en que aparecen marcas industriales multinacionales no son un medio publicitario, sino más bien, el auténtico estilo de vida del autor. Si algún directorio o algún director de alguna de estas marcas que aparecen en la obra visual del autor se interesa por alguna de estas pinturas, ese es el escenario ideal para lo fueron concebidas. Si algún directorio de estas marcas que aparecen en la obra del artista -u otra que no figure en su obra- quiere encargar algún tipo de obra, conjunto de obra, o proyecto de carácter visual -como exhibiciones individuales o colectivas- tendrá que ponerse en contacto con el Estudio D A por los medios que estén disponibles en la página y proponer.
Eventualmente, Kamikaze Magazine migrará a su propio hosting y dominio, y quedará así el cuerpo de obra D A separada y dividida en un cuerpo de obra de Artes visuales y otro cuerpo de obra exclusivamente de Letras. De los proyectos musicales y/o audiovisuales del Estudio D A no se emitirá ninguna información de momento.
