To my distinguished audience and prospective clientele:
I am pleased to share several updates regarding the strategic development of my studio and virtual gallery:
1. Design & Technical Infrastructure: I continue to personally oversee the design and architecture of my website. This ensures the platform remains a work of full «sole authorship.» It serves as my primary credential regarding visual language, interdisciplinary mastery, and proprietary technological development.
2. Platform Scalability & Security: Following extensive consultation and research into hosting infrastructures—prioritizing client security, exclusivity, and aesthetic standards—I have concluded that maintaining the gallery on a professional WordPress framework is the optimal path. This provides the necessary reliability, transparency, and legal compliance required for the upcoming implementation of the website’s «Business Mode.»
3. Fiscal Compliance & Legal Standing: As of two weeks ago, I have formally initiated commercial activities with the National Tax Service (Servicio de Impuestos Internos). Consequently, I am now legally authorized to issue electronic invoices (boletas) for all sales transactions. Under national law, Value Added Tax (VAT) is set at 19% of the net purchase price.
4. Terms of Sale & Logistics: Detailed specifications regarding VAT, along with general Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), will be formalized on the website in due course. During the initial phase of the virtual gallery, the buyer shall be responsible for all applicable ancillary costs, specifically: VAT, shipping, and handling/delivery fees.
5. Sales Protocol & Authentication: The sales process will strictly adhere to a protocol of formal correspondence and authentication—a standard established at the inception of this platform.
6. Identity Verification & Digital Excellence: This sales protocol is designed to provide clients with comprehensive guarantees regarding the artist’s identity, the originality of the piece, and proof of authorship. This include secure online consultations and the implementation of digital signature systems. My ultimate objective is to ensure transparency and excellence throughout the acquisition experience.
7. Logistics & Commercial Presentation: For the initial phase, I intend to finalize domestic sales within Chile to refine logistical workflows for international exports. The drawings, as a finished product, will be shipped with a cardstock mat and a basic, minimalist mounting (wood or similar material) for commercial presentation. Please note this is not a permanent mounting, allowing the client the flexibility to choose bespoke framing according to their personal preference.
8. Final Production Phase: Prior to the effective launch of the sales module, I am finalizing the «finishing» and polishing of the works designated for the market, as well as optimizing final packaging and crating protocols for secure transit.

9. Digital Presence and Official Channels: I wish to officially state that I do not maintain any active profiles on social media platforms. My only presence is a non-official YouTube account, which contains no content and is utilized exclusively for engaging with video commentary. All official communications and business activities are conducted solely through this platform.
